Horror Story

A customer I recently performed work for had also just recently had their master bathroom remodeled (not by me). They worked through a reputable and high end bathroom and kitchen store who recommended someone to do the work. To make a long story short, the methods they used to construct the shower and tub area, install the electrical, and run the project, left much to be desired. And the fact that they told the client permits were not required by the city, when they indeed were, would have immediately raised a red flag in my mind.

The result was a very unsatisfied customer who had to spend thousands of dollars to fix what was done and to make it right. Not to mention the legal fees and mental anguish. If they would have involved me to help coach them through the process up front they would have saved a lot of time and money, even if I did not do the work.

A little advice can go a long way!
